    The Eco Scheme, by Origin Energy Services

    The Energy Companies Scheme (ECO) is the Government’s flagship energy-efficiency initiative and the current Phase of this initiative is ECO4. The focus of this scheme is to provide UK residents with better energy efficiency solutions for their homes, especially if they are on a low income and vulnerable or face other financial difficulties.

    Control & Administration of The Eco Scheme

    The ECO initiative will be controlled and administered by OFGEM. Obligations are shared out depending on the energy supplier’s market share of the electricity and gas market.
